I wasn’t going to do a post today, but in the spirit of this holiday…
Question: Am I the only one who makes an effort to wear green underwear on this day every year? I mean, I wear visible green attire along with my green eye makeup, so I don’t get that annoying peer/coworker/stranger come up to me with their fingers in the shape of a claw exclaiming ‘Where’s your green? I’m going to pinch you if you’re not wearing green.’
First of all, who the freckles came up with that annoying punishment? Second of all, if anyone has any sort of whits about them, they should know that threatening a redhead in any manor, let alone, on St. Patrick’s Day, is not the best life decision.
Any who… back to the underwear… Yes. I have made a conscience effort every year for as long as I can remember to wear green underwear on March 17. I wonder why that is… Is it just me?
FUN FACT: My middle name is Erin which loosely translates to ‘Ireland’ in Gaelic.
Woo!
And before I wish you a merry/happy/drunkedy St. Paddy’s Day, I would like you all, my dear readers, to check out Quinn’s post: St. Patrick’s Day from an Irish Prospective, where she shares some insight about this day (very informative!).
And now, I bid you a fond a’due.
Until next time…
I have nominated you for The Versatile Bloggers Award. Check it out!!

Okay, you don’t even have to wear green if you’re hair is red and you have freckles! You get a free pass ! I have a little Irish in me yet I did not wear any green. Shame on me. Fortunately though, no one attempted to pinch me as they know I would probably slap them.
